1. Backgrand of the Project: Xiangfan Fixed Star Piston Rings Co., Ltd. was established in 1956 and began to produce piston rings in 1973. It is a specialized enterprise appointed by the State Bureau of Machine-Building Industry to produce small-and-medium-sized piston rings, an enterprise designated by China National Automobile Corporation to produce motorcycle piston rings. The company is vice-group leader unit of National Motorcycle Engine Fitting Industry and a member of Dongfeng Auto Group Corporation.
The company enjoys main equipment of 322 sets, some of the high-precision and advanced multiple-purpose machining equipment and testing equipment were imported from the United States, Switzerland, Japan, Germany, etc. Its overall technical equipment level has reached the international level at the end of 20th century. The company has various kinds of professional technicians of 87 and enjoys the patent technology of fully-sealed piston rings. The company has produced various kinds of piston rings of more than 100 varieties, and has accumulated rich experience to produce medium-and-small-sized piston rings, in particular, the production of the whole country. It is the necessary factory for several ten large-and medium-sized main machine factories at home, such as First Automobile Group, Dongfeng Automobile Group, First Tractor Manufacturer, Langfang Meilian, Jianshe Group etc. The company has a fair perfect sales network covering key cities of 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions through the country. 50% or so of their output is exported to Europe, South Korea and Southeast Asia.
