1. Background of the Project: Car Door Lock Plant of Hangyu Lifesaving Equipment Co., Ltd. is to renew the technology, adopts advanced lock manufacturing technology, high efficient apparatus, and CAPP management system, in order to satisfy the demand of new type production China First Auto Works(Toyota) and Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd.(Nissan). Hangyu Lifesaving Equipment Co., Ltd. has undertaken and fulfilled several national major projects and provided the aircrew personal protective and life-saving equipment for all kinds of planes in service for China air force. Located in the Hanjiang Road in High-new-tech Industry Development Zone, the plant now covers an area of 145,000m2 and employs 220 staff members, 38 of them are the senior specialists, research professors and senior engineers. Both the military and civil products passed the identification of quality system ISO 9001 in its profession in 1995. The plant is capable to independently develop and product, and has been the major supplier for FAW XIALI, Zhejiang JILI, SAIC-VOLKSWAGEN, Liuzhou-WULING, Dongfeng passenger car and Zhengzhou YUTONG.
