1. Project Content : From the very beginning of researching and manufacturing Yiwei electric car chassis in 2002 to the end of 2004, the company has succeeded in selling out 4200 chassis, and formed a close cooperative relationship with Zhuhai Yiwei Electric Car Chassis Company. In order to synchronize with the development of Zhuhai Yiwei Electric Car Chassis Company, the company plans to transform technologically the manufacturing line of 5000 chassis per year by adding 55 sets of new equipment and 106 sets of mould suits to improve chassis productivity.

3. Economic and Social Benefits: Once being established, the project will improve output to 100 thousand sets per year, sales income to 13.2625 million dollars and tax to 4.875 million dollars.

General Information of the Project Enterprises: Covering 21,000 building sq meters, with 268 employees and total property of 3.6775 million dollars, Laohekou Shengde Automobile Components Limited owns six sub-factories of punching, machining, molding, stoving varnishes maintenance and heat treatment with 262 sets of equipment. The main products of more than 100 assortments, which are considered as complete sets of Dongfeng automobiles and welcomed by dozens of other manufacturers in and out of Hubei province, include car hinges; car locks components of chassis, light vehicle components and electric car chassis. The enterprise has always been entitled with "Excellent Sub-Contact Cornpany with High-quality Products" and "Outstanding Supplier" by Dongfeng Automobile Company and "State Safety Level" enterprise for several years. After passing the quality qualification ISO9001-2000 in 2001, it passes ISO/TS16949: 2002 recently. At the same time the company holds a bank credit of AAA level.
