1. Apply Membership through Invest China Platform:

After receiving the membership application Email, our Customer Service Representative will perform the initial evaluation based on the files provided by the member, confirm registered member's region and processes sales order.

1.1 Regions without Service Center

1.1.1 Customer Service Representative will inform regional manager via email and channel manager will be responsible for further tracking sales order.

1.1.2 Channel manager will transfer the signed contracts to Customer Service Representative.

1.1.3 After receiving the contract, Customer Service Representative needs to confirm the contract with the customer, collect payments and monitor cash receiving status.

1.1.4 After receiving the payment, the member information will be sent to China Chengxin Credit Management Company for investigation; (Normally, 5 work days is required for this authentication process)

♦ Fail in accreditation: The application is refused and the customer will be refunded.

♦ Success in accreditation: A certificate which was signed by www.china.com.cn , Invest China and China Chengxin Credit Management Company will be granted to the member.

1.1.5 After the completion of accreditation process, Customer Service Representative will inform sales support to open a web space for the member on Invest China and inform the member via Email. (2 work days is required for this process)

1.1.6 An email will be sent out to the member to inform their web space is open.

1.2 Regions with Service Center

1.2.1 Customer service representative will inform the Service Center and the operator at Service Centre will be responsible for further tracking sales.

1.2.2 After signing the contract, Service Centre needs to ensure the payment is received and log on Invest China System and process sales order.

1.2.3 The Customer Service Representative will evaluate the Service Centre after they receive the order:

♦ If advanced payment available with Invest China -- Go to next step directly.

♦ If no advanced payment available with Invest China – Customer Service Representative will collect payment and monitor cash receiving status.

1.2.4 After receiving the payment, the membership information will be sent to China Chengxin Credit Management Company for investigation; (Normally, 5 work days is required for this authentication process)

♦ Fail in accreditation: The application is refused and the customer will be refunded.

♦ Success in accreditation: A certificate which was signed by www.china.com.cn , Invest China and China Chengxin Credit Management Company will be granted to the member.

1.2.5 After the completion of accreditation process, Customer Service Representative will inform sales support to open a web space for the member on Invest China and inform the member via Email. (2 work days is required for this process)

1.2.6 An email will be sent out to the member to inform their web space is open.

2. Membership generated by Invest China Service Center

2.1 After signing the contract, Service Centre needs to ensure the payment is received and log on Invest China System and process sales order.

2.2 After receiving the payment, the membership information will be sent to China Chengxin Credit Management Company for investigation; (Normally, 5 work days is required for this authentication process)

♦ Fail in accreditation: The application is refused and the customer will be refunded.

♦ Success in accreditation: A certificate which was signed by www.china.com.cn , Invest China and China Chengxin Credit Management Company will be granted to the member.

2.3 After the completion of accreditation process, Customer Service Representative will inform sales support to open a web space for the member on Invest China and inform the member via Email. (2 work days is required for this process)

2.4 An email will be sent out to the member to inform their web space is open.
