Announcement No.84, 2007 of Ministry of Commerce，Promulgating Related Regulations about Holding National or International Exhibitions in Beijing before, after or during Beijing 2008 Olympic Games

The 29th Olympic Games and the 13th Paralympic Games shall be held on August and September of 2008 respectively in Beijing. Now the related regulations about holding national or international exhibitions in Beijing before, after or during Beijing 2008 Olympic Games are announced as follows:

1. From Aug 1 to Sep 23, national or international exhibitions having no relations with the 2008 Olympic Games shall not be authorized.
　2. From Apr 30 to Jul 31(“strict control period” for short), only routine exhibitions whose exhibition date is during the “strict control period” and which has been held two or more times in Beijing.
　3. From Apr 30 to Sep 23, as for the authorization of national or international exhibitions related to 2008 Olympic Games, the related departments shall ask for opinions of Beijing Organizing Committee of the 2008 Olympic Games.
