Outline of The Project
Wuying Zn-rich Mineral Water was found by Wuying Government when did detailed investigation of water resources in the water supply project. The provincial planning committee approved the project in 1994. This kind of mineral water was investigated in detail and two wells were formed. The Geological And Mineral Bureau of Heilongjiang Province, the Geological And Mineral Ministry of P.R.C., the Reserves Committee of Heilongjiang Province audited the project from May to July of 1995 and named it "quality Zn-rich drinkable mineral water of low-sodium, low minerals", and approved B-grade daily exploitation capacity of 290 cubic meters, belonging to large mineral water project. Wuying Forestry Bureau entrusted The Forestry Design And Research Institute of Heilongjiang Province to do feasibility study report and discussed for the project in May 1999, which identified that this project will have good benefits and low risk, and all of the economic indexes have reached the requirement of the development construction.
