Ⅰ. Brief Introduction to Project Unit:
Shandong Zaozhuang Flying Leopard Clothing Co., Ltd. is a company specialized in textile of production, design, processing and trade, which has the jeans production line, computer swivel loom, water-washing equipment imported from Japan and French. With 150 million Yuan of fixed asset, the company can produce 2.6 million pieces of jeans wear and 400 thousand dozens of knitting garment. Their products are of best quality and the excellence rate reaches above 99%. The brand of “Flying Leopard” is a famous brand in Shandong Province. The company has the license for import & export, and has passed ISO9002 international quality system authentication. The products have been sold to America, Italy, Canada, Sweden, Hong Kong and other areas. Its asset-liability ratio is 40%.

Ⅱ. Project Content
1.Construction content: To import 2 sets CAD/CAM system of garment production, 2 sets of swivel looms, 15 sets of water-washing equipment, 8 sets of after finish equipment, 8 sets of abrasive blasting equipment and 423 sets of secondary equipment made in China to produce 4.6 million pieces of tatting garment and 500 thousand dozens of knitting garment. The project will import jean wears production line of 2 million pieces and ecological garment production line of soybean fiber of 2.6 million pieces.
2.Construction condition: as the present products structure is concerned, jean wears are the leading product; the annual production capacity is 2 million pieces. In order to take the opportunity and meet foreign and domestic demands, the company urgently needs to import advanced production lines to raise production capacity and form the scale advantage. The project has been confirmed by Development and Planning Commission of Zaozhuang, and its feasibility report and environmental assessment has been passed too.
3.Market analysis: the CAD/CAM system is warmly welcome by customers with the characteristics of convenience, high speed, practicality and accuracy. The special after finish equipment of “crimple resistant and anti-fungus” improves the level of garment, increases the technology and value added. After the projects completes, the domestic market share will increase to 15%.

Ⅲ. Investment Amount and Benefits
Total investment will be about 204 million Yuan. 170 million Yuan will be invested in fixed asset. It will increase 260 million Yuan of sales, realize 30 million Yuan of profit, and provide 800 working positions. The project will bring much more economic and social benefits.
