II．Project Content
1.Construction content: Construct production lines of the upscale denatured starch -CMS and ZZS--1,099 series products.
2. Construction condition: The company always develops 3--4 new products to the market every year. It has introduced one batch of technical brainstorm and technical transformations projects successively, which has lead the company’s polytechnic level and productivity achieve to the domestic leading level. The raw material resources from the local town and peripheral locality, the corn production bases, are sufficient. 180,000 tons of corn can be provided annually. It has formed huge sales network with certain market control ability and the anti- risk ability.
3. Market analysis: The denatured starch project is one of the country industrial policy adjustment key support projects. It is proposed in the "tenth five-year plan" and 2010 development plan that the denatured starch output of our country respectively achieved 700,000 ton and 1 million tons from 2005 to 2010. In 2004,the national denatured starch output did not surpass 500,000 tons according to the statistics, and so it has a broad market space.
III. Investment Amount and Benefits
Total investment will be 12 million yuan and recoupment period is 3.5 years. The annual sales income will be 40.1 million yuan , profits and taxes will be 6.41 million yuan.
